SFS Foundation — License & Delivery Terms
Status: Version 1.1 — approved by Carl O'Neal on 2026-10-15. These terms do not amend any existing buyer agreement.
1. Parties and purchased offer
The seller is Full Circle Asset Recovery (education brand: Surplus Funds Secrets). The member is the purchaser identified in the acceptance record for SFS-FOUNDATION-V5.1 / SFS_FOUNDATION_COMMERCIAL_SPEC_V1. The price, taxes if applicable, billing treatment, access period, delivery method and included support are stated in the approved offer attached to the purchase. No recurring charge is created by silence.
2. Included educational materials
The purchased version identifies its manual, working templates, practice sources and agent-learning materials. These teach methods and provide tools; they do not constitute a live case service, a legal engagement, an attorney referral guarantee, a lead-performance promise or a deployed software application. Separately offered resources or services are not included unless the approved offer expressly says so.
Not included in this edition. This edition does not include the fee worksheet or four agreement drafts (fee agreement, partial assignment, attorney engagement and estate services).
3. Intended member use
Subject to the approved purchased scope, the member may study the materials, complete the working templates and use the bounded instructions with their own authorized tools and agent environment for their own permitted activities. The member is responsible for choosing appropriate source access, private-data handling and actual professional authority for live tasks.
4. Redistribution and branding
The member may not resell, publicly redistribute, sublicense or present the course as their own product; publish production masters or another member’s information; or imply SFS, FCAR, court or attorney representation without separate written authority. Use of an agent as a private processing tool does not authorize publication of the course in a shared corpus or public system.
5. Member-created work
The member’s original work and authorized business records are distinct from the licensed course text, templates, logos and proprietary materials. This clause does not transfer ownership of the member’s original records to the seller.
6. Illustrations and authority
Practice sources and scenario results are labeled simulations. Archived studies and published decisions remain limited to their evidence. A completed exercise, worksheet status or passing local test is not permission to contact, sign, file, charge, collect or move money for a real matter.
Pilot finishes. The 30-Day Operator Pilot takes one county list through its mission checks to a documented decision. It ends in one of two finishes: a pre-send packet for an attorney to review, or a written stop memo. The two finishes describe the exercise the member completes. They are not a promised result. The seller makes no promise of income, recovery or results.
7. Support and updates
The included support route, scope and access period are community-based support inside the paid Skool group, replies within 2 business days; support route: paid group posts + info@surplusfundssecrets.com; no 1:1 coaching or done-for-you review included; access period 12 months from the date access is granted (granted within 2 business days of payment). Updates and corrections published to the product during the member's access period are included; no lifetime-update promise. These terms promise neither unlimited staff review nor perpetual new content. Any additional service requires its own stated scope.
Mission-check feedback. A mission check that the member posts in the paid group, following the posting rule in Section 9, gets written feedback within 1 business day. Adrian, the seller's AI agent, writes the first pass, and staff (Carl or Matt) spot-check the feedback. The feedback is educational and covers the member's own work. It is not legal advice and it is not done-for-you file work. Other questions get a reply within 2 business days, as stated above.
Live sessions. The paid group includes a weekly Operator Lab, a members-only live session of 45 minutes. The seller also holds public Thursday office hours, which anyone may join. The seller may move or skip a session (for example on a holiday) by posting notice in the paid group. The seller records each Operator Lab for a members-only replay library. A member who joins an Operator Lab consents to its recording, including any voice or video the member shares. A member who does not want to appear may keep the camera off and post questions in the group instead.
Cohorts. Cohorts start on the first Monday of each month. A cohort is a start date, not a deadline to join. The member's access and Mission 0 (the fictional practice case) do not wait for the cohort start date: both start when access opens. The 14-day refund period in Section 8 still counts from the date of purchase.
8. Refunds, cancellation and access changes
Apply full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, no questions, processed via Stripe on request; access ends on refund and one-time sale — nothing to cancel; access ends at 12 months unless renewed at $99/year, manual renewal only, never auto-billed exactly as accepted for this purchase. Preserve the request, decision, access event and any actual refund transaction separately.
Founding Operators. The first 25 paid buyers who are not staff of the seller, in the order the seller receives their payments, are Founding Operators. If the seller refunds a Founding Operator's purchase, that seat opens for the next buyer. If a Founding Operator chooses to renew, the renewal price stays $99 per year for as long as the member renews each consecutive year. If a Founding Operator skips a renewal year, the founding price ends. Renewal remains manual and is never charged automatically.
9. Privacy, conduct and disputes
Use approved channels for support. Do not post claimant identifiers, private case documents, credentials or payment data in the community. Proposed moderation or restriction actions must follow the approved agreement and actual review process. Nothing here restricts honest reviews, required reporting or nonwaivable rights.
Posting rule. A member posts work in the paid group redacted: the gate, the county and the decision only. A post must not contain: names of people or businesses connected to a file; phone numbers; email addresses; addresses; case, parcel or account numbers; amounts; or screenshots or photos of real records. The seller removes a post that is not redacted, or returns it to the member, without reviewing it. The posting rule also applies to anything a member says or shows in an Operator Lab.
10. Acceptance and evidence
The seller retains the exact offer/version, acceptance, amount actually collected, delivery record and applicable terms. Material later changes require the appropriate notice or agreement; do not treat a later offer as a retroactive replacement.
